Eligibility for services.
Our services are available only to individuals who can form
legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are a minor, you can use our
service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians

It is the policy of Perfect Media, Inc. to provide good
quality products to its shoppers while keeping the prices low. All products offered in our
Discount Store have been carefully selected by our merchandisers. In the unlikely event
that your are not happy with the quality of the product, you may return it for
refund. See details below.
Shipping and handling:
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges will
be added to all orders. For tracking purposes, each unit of product may be shipped
individually and a separate shipping and handling charge will apply.
For shipment in the continental USA (48 contiguous states),
shipping charges are displayed on the order forms. For shipment elsewhere,
applicable shipping charge information will be sent to the purchaser via e-mail.
Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery although normally shipment
will be made within 3 days of receipt of payment.
Sales terms and conditions:
1. Products are offered on a limited time and limited
quantity basis as long as supplies last.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Product limited warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not by Perfect Media,
Inc..
4. Perfect Media, Inc. is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from
ownership or use of any product purchased from it.
5. In any event, the maximum liability of Perfect Media, Inc. shall not exceed the total
amount originally paid for the product.
6. In order to be able to continue offering quality products at low costs to our shoppers,
we have adopted the following return/refund policy. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. Products returned for refund must be in original packaging and in
new, undamaged conditions. Free-shipping-products returned for refund will be subject to a
15% restocking charge. All other products returned for refund will be subject to a 10%
processing fee to cover bank charges and administration costs.
7. Requests for refund must be submitted to Perfect Media, Inc. by fax or e-mail within
three (3) days of receipt.
8. Shortages, damaged or missing items must be reported to Perfect Media, Inc. by
fax or by email to sales@perfectmedia.com
within two (2) days of receipt.
9. Before sending back any product to Perfect Media, Inc. (for replacement, refund or any
other reasons), the purchaser must first send a request for a Return
Material Authorization number (RMA number) by fax (626-965-9863) or e-mail (sales@perfectmedia.com) with a brief description
of the problem.
10. All returned products must be marked with the RMA number on the outside of the
shipping box before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and delivery
will be refused/returned to sender at his/her expense.
11. Purchaser shall bear all shipping costs and shipping risks for returning products to
Perfect Media, Inc.. |
